By accessing and using CleanQR, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service.

2. Free Commercial & Personal License

All QR codes generated through CleanQR are 100% royalty-free. You are granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and print the resulting graphics for personal, non-profit, or commercial purposes (including packaging, signage, websites, and apparel) without attribution.

3. Test Scanning & Printing Responsibility

While CleanQR implements standard ISO/IEC 18004 QR specifications and provides automatic error correction calculations, print materials vary in texture, ink spread, reflectivity, and resolution.

Mandatory Recommendation: Always print a sample test proof and verify scannability using multiple mobile devices and camera apps under real-world lighting conditions before proceeding with large-scale print runs.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CleanQR to generate codes pointing to phishing sites, malware distribution links, fraudulent schemes, or content that violates applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanQR is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. CleanQR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
